Nine Infinite Consulting Private Limited (NICPL) is a carrier-neutral, vendor-neutral colocation provider building India's next generation of data center infrastructure. We design, build, and operate Tier 3, TIA-942 certified facilities — you bring your own hardware, network vendors, and connectivity providers. Rather than concentrating capacity in India's four established metros, our platform is built specifically for the Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities driving the next wave of the country's digital growth: modular 5MW-to-20MW campus sites for regional enterprise, telecom, and government workloads, and factory-built containerized edge units for the industrial, banking, and defence installations that need compute now. One certified standard, deployed nationwide.
What we do
Modular by design
Every site starts as a single 5MW block and scales in place to a 20MW Tier-3 campus, so capital deploys in phases instead of all at once. Halls are engineered for mixed rack densities from day one — 5kW–25kW air-cooled up to 25kW–135kW hybrid-cooled — so density gets provisioned to match real demand instead of over-building for a worst case.
Renewable from Day 1
Hybrid solar and battery storage are part of the first block, not a retrofit added years later. That reduces exposure to grid volatility, lowers each facility’s carbon footprint from day one, and keeps long-run operating costs more predictable for every customer on the platform.
Reliability that's certified
Every NICPL facility targets Tier 3, TIA-942 certification: concurrently maintainable infrastructure, N+1 redundancy across power and cooling, and a targeted 99.982% availability — the same standard applied consistently across every site in the network, not just a flagship location.
Instant edge, when you need it
Beyond the 5MW/20MW campus platform, factory-built 20ft/60kW containerized units deploy in weeks and arrive fully tested. They’re built for industrial plant floors, bank branch and back-office sites, and defence or border installations that need secure, self-contained compute without waiting on campus-scale construction.
Creating India's Edge Ecosystem
India's digital economy is expanding fastest exactly where infrastructure is thinnest — the Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities that are home to most of the country's newest internet users. NICPL exists to close that gap: a national mesh of interconnected, sovereign edge data centers that brings compute closer to where India actually lives, works, and builds.
Each site is more than a facility — it's a local node in a nationwide digital backbone, enabling low-latency access for regional enterprises, telecom and 5G rollout, government and public-sector digital services, and the AI inferencing workloads that increasingly need to run close to their users rather than in a handful of metro data centers.
Every site gives back to the region it serves. Hybrid solar and storage cut grid dependence and offset roughly 2,000 tonnes of CO2 per facility every year. Construction and ongoing operations — facility engineers, technicians, security, and NOC staff — create around 25 jobs per acre at each site, direct roles that sit alongside a regional skill factory: an on-the-ground training program that builds local technical talent for the wider data center industry, not just for NICPL's own workforce. All of it is delivered to the same Tier 3, TIA-942 standard everywhere, so quality doesn't vary by geography.

India's digital growth is outrunning Tier-1 capacity
850M+ internet users, with 70% of new growth coming from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. Over three-quarters of India's operational data-center capacity sits in four metros — leaving the fastest-growing demand underserved. NICPL is built for exactly that gap.
